Valeria Dávila is an Argentine writer, journalist, and teacher born in Buenos Aires. She specializes in children’s literature and historical research, and has also worked in print and radio journalism and led journalism and literature workshops for young readers. She writes stories, poetry, historical rhymes, plays, and novels, and her work has appeared in numerous anthologies, magazines, and textbooks.
Her books include the Relatos chinos series, Plan para desenmascarar brujas, El afinador de mosquitos, Mi directora es un vampiro, and the Querido Diario series, coauthored with Mónica López. Her writing has received recognition in national and international literary competitions.
