Franco Vaccarini

Franco Vaccarini is an Argentine author of children’s and young adult literature. Born in Lincoln, Buenos Aires Province, he has published more than 80 books across a wide range of genres, and his work has been published internationally in countries including Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and the United States.

In 2006, his novel La noche del meteorito won the prestigious El Barco de Vapor Award for children’s literature. His book Doce pescadores was also recognized by the Argentine Chamber of Publications as one of the best-edited children’s books of 2016.
